scones with jam and cream

A favourite for Sunday morning after church. Best Ever Thermomix Scones really are the best. I tweak the recipe just a tad, by adding a pinch of salt (as our butter is usually unsalted) and I mix the final mixture only until it comes together.  No kneading, no rolling.  Try to handle the mixture as little as possible and this recipe could definitely be accomplished in a food processor with a pulse mode.
